a long weekend.....

Good morning everyone!!

I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving weekend, it's sad to say, but I was totally happy to go back to work yesterday! I might go crazy over the long Christmas break.

The kids are off at school today, they stayed home yesterday with Brandon sick, and they were trying to stay home again today, but I know they are both feeling better.

Anyhoo, I finally had a chance to sit down last night and scrap, it seems like forever since I've done that. I used the Autumn Splendor Kit and Add-On from Scraptastic Club. The pictures are from our trip to Poppell Farms in Odum Georgia.....we all had such a blast there, and I still have plenty of pictures left to scrap from that trip, I'm hoping to sit down tonight again and scrap!

The papers were such a perfect match for my pictures, and I'm totally happy with the way my page turned out!

Well, I'm off to get ready for work....not really excited about that today, I'd much rather stay home and play in my scraproom :(

almost done.......

OK, so since I'm really trying to use up some of the older kits that I have from Scraptastic Club....as well as....some stash.....I pulled out what was left of the Birthday Bash Kit, and here's what I've done so far

The pictures are from D's 1st Birthday, I can't believe that he's 10 now. And I still have a ton of pictures left to scrap from his 1st Birthday.....maybe someday I'll get them all scrapped :)

And then I also put together this little card...

I used my Imagine and my Birthday Bash cartridge to make the little cake.

I would have to say that this Birthday Bash line from Imaginisce is by far my fav Birthday papers ever!

 

I'm working on one last project today with whats left of this kit. I'll post the pics when it's done.

Hey everyone!!!

Well it's been a crazy day around here. We just got home from B's cheerleading competition......we left the house at 9:30 this morning. It was fun.....B's group won 2nd place and she was so excited! I was only able to get one pic (every other picture was either blurry or had someone's hand in front of the camera)

Of course she wasn't even looking at me :)

I also wanted to share a page that I finished yesterday using the Home Sweet Home Kit and Add-On from Scraptastic Club.

The pictures are of B swinging at the treehouse at Palmetto Bluff. 

I'm off to get some scrapping done. I did manage to get my scrap table all cleaned off last night, but then I tore into an older kit.....and I'm now trying to finish a layout!

I was talking with my friend Michelle tonight. And we decided that we both needed to clean our scrap rooms (although I'm certain that mine is far worse than hers). I'm giving myself until Sunday night to complete the task of getting my scraproom in order.

I will post pictures of the finished product on Monday!

I'm hoping that since I've posted these pictures on my new blog.....this will totally motivate me to get organized.
